Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside Kosovo, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  Refused Deliveries

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Be free from stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
• Not be altered or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
• Items without original tags attached.
• Items returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
